- CMS Invoice: Applies to accounts using our previous invoicing system.
- Productivity Pilot Invoice: For new or recently migrated customers.

Check your invoice or service agreement. Productivity Pilot invoices are for attendance management, mass notification, business automation and point tracking services. If you never heard of Productivity Pilot before you are likely still under CMS invoicing.
You may receive invoices from each company. Please verify each invoice heading to select the proper company for payment.
Credit Cards and ACH (electronic payment) forms are acceptable.
